Manufacturing and sourcing in China
OEM: goods under your label
OEM manufacturing means a factory makes the product and your brand goes on the item and the packaging. You can launch your own line without a plant of your own: you decide what the product is and how it looks, and we arrange production. The batch then follows the same chain as any of our goods: warehouse, paperwork, shelf or marketplace.
Buying ready-made goods
If you need a product that already exists, we find it in China and buy it on request. This works well when you want to test demand on a small batch or add to a shop’s assortment without negotiating with suppliers yourself.
Samples and quality checks
Before ordering a batch we order samples and agree them with you. The batch goes into production only after you approve, and when the goods reach our Guangzhou warehouse we check them again before shipping.
Guangzhou warehouse, lead times and delivery
Guangzhou sits in one of China’s main manufacturing and trading regions, and our warehouse is there. Getting from order to goods in our Moscow warehouse takes 1 to 1.5 months on average; the exact time depends on the product, the batch size and the season. We ship by road, rail and sea to Russia and the EAEU: to our warehouses in Moscow and Minsk or straight to you.
What we have already done
We built our own marker brand, SaraArt, from scratch: we created the visual identity and marketing strategy, found and vetted a factory in China, ordered samples, brought in the batch and listed the goods on marketplaces. For our own brand GAGARIN CARDS we make albums and card protectors for collectors and developed a vending machine that sells cards.

- How long from order to Moscow?
- 1 to 1.5 months on average. It depends on the product, the batch size and the season, and we give the exact time when we quote.
- How do you check quality?
- We order samples first and agree them with you; the batch goes into production only after you approve. Finished goods are checked at our Guangzhou warehouse before shipping.
- Is there a minimum batch?
- We have no minimum volume and work out terms for each task. Factories making goods under a brand often set their own minimum run, which depends on the product and is agreed before the order.
- Can you build a brand from scratch?
- Yes, that is how our own marker brand SaraArt began: we created the identity and marketing strategy, arranged production in China and brought the goods to marketplaces. We can take your brand down the same path.
- What happens to the goods after delivery?
- You can take the batch yourself or hand it on to us: paperwork and labelling, supply to shops, listing on Wildberries, Ozon, Yandex Market and Avito.
