Market entry
We take a brand from the producer to the point where it can be sold legally: we check, certify, import and label it.
- Who it’s for
- Producers bringing goods to Russia or the EAEU for the first time who would rather not handle certification and labelling themselves.
- Result
- Your goods, certified and labelled, in our warehouse and ready to ship to retail and marketplaces.
How it works
Brand audit
We study the product, its documents and market requirements, and decide where to start.
Certification
We prepare the documents a product needs before it can be sold.
Import & labelling
We organise import and apply mandatory labelling.
What it takes to sell in Russia and the EAEU
Conformity documents
Most goods in the EAEU can only be sold with a document confirming compliance with the Customs Union technical regulations: a declaration or a certificate. Which one you need depends on the category; toys, electronics and packaging, for example, fall under different regulations. We work out the requirements for your product and prepare the documents, usually within 2 to 4 weeks. Most of our experience is with toys and electronics.
Chestny ZNAK labelling
Many categories in Russia require digital labelling, including toys, clothing, footwear and photo equipment. Without a code such goods cannot be sold legally, and marketplaces will not accept them. We obtain the codes and apply them to the goods.
Import
We organise import so that your goods carry the documents shops, chains and marketplaces ask for. After import the batch arrives at our warehouse, ready to ship to retail or the platforms.
Questions about this service
- How long does the paperwork take?
- Usually 2 to 4 weeks. It depends on the product and on which document it needs.
- Which categories do you work with?
- Most of our experience is with toys and electronics. If your product is in another category, write to us and we will check its requirements.
- Do you work with foreign producers?
- Yes. KAYOU from China and Topps, for example, work with us. We handle paperwork, import and labelling, and the producer gets goods ready for sale in Russia and the EAEU.
- Can goods be sold without labelling?
- Not if the category is on the mandatory labelling list. We check whether your product falls under it during the audit.
